About Shortgrass Community Health Center

 Shortgrass Community Health Center (SCHC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides services to insured, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved children and adults in Southwest Oklahoma. Our primary purpose as a clinic is to work hard to continually improve the overall health of our community. We believe that by helping improve the health of the community we can reduce the level of chronic illnesses and lessen the need for acute care in our area. 

At Shortgrass Community Health Center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans.
